Jenn Stark brings a practical, accessible approach to Branding and Communications to help organizations, authors and entrepreneurs present themselves for maximum impact.

With more than 16 years’ experience, Jenn’s consulting and corporate work includes:

  • Developing the concept of and providing content for corporate, entrepreneurial and sales-focused websites;
  • Leading individuals, teams and organizations in personal and corporate Branding programs;
  • Writing and editing extensive materials for consumer, business-to-business, investor, media, and governmental audiences. 
  • Developing the concept of, writing and managing the production of robust direct mail campaigns;
  • Managing public relations and communications outreach programs, including crisis/high-risk communications;
  • Directing comprehensive reBranding initiatives for organizations undergoing dramatic change;
  • Crafting corporate communications for a diverse and multi-level workforce; and
  • Successfully working with individuals and teams to help them achieve their communications and presentation goals.

Prior to launching Know Your Brand, Jenn held executive and leadership positions with both corporate and start-up organizations, leading communications initiatives to drive growth and brand recognition.  A trainer and speaker on topics of personal branding, marketing, and promotion, Jenn offers skills in strategy development and execution, communication planning, content development, presentations, and project management and facilitation, allowing her to take initiatives from concept to production within deadlines, budget, and in alignment with organizational strategy.

Additional Information for Authors

Jenn brings particular experience to her work with authors. An award-winning published freelance business writer and recipient of the Golden Heart fiction writing award from Romance Writers of America, Jenn is a past president of the Ohio Valley Romance Writers of America, and currently serves as the chapter’s publicity director, promoting chapter and author events. She is an invited speaker and instructor on Personal Branding and public relations topics, and has worked with several authors one-on-one to help develop their Personal Brands and publicity materials. Her articles on Personal Branding have been featured in the newsletters and online loops of more than 30 writing chapters in the U.S., Canada and Australia.
